Penn Yan, New York

Located in the “heart of it all” and situated on 44 tree-lined acres, The Windmill Farm and Craft Market is nestled in the rolling hills of Upstate New York, south of Penn Yan, north of Watkins Glen and bordered by Keuka and Seneca Lakes. It began more than 30 years ago with one man’s dream, a bulldozer, volunteers, a barn raising and the selling of hot dogs. Today, the Windmill is growing stronger than ever.
